Shared Services Procurement (SSP) Assistant
The SSP Assistant reviews and processes Job Order (JO) requests—including, but not limited to, training venues, hotel accommodations, and transportation—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with prescribed lead times and policy requirements. S/he verifies supporting documents, facilitates the proper routing and endorsement of JOs, and monitors weekly progress to help sustain a 95–100% monthly completion rate.
The role also includes responding promptly to daily inquiries, supporting complaint resolution through proactive and practical assistance, and collaborating effectively with SSP team members. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in MS Teams, helpdesk systems, and data management tools such as Excel and SharePoint are essential. S/he is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of SSP operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Entry-level friendly: Open to applicants with 0–6 months of work experience in administrative support, coordination, or related functions.
