Learning and Development Manager, Human Resources Development
The Learning and Development Manager leads the organization’s learning and capability-building initiatives. The role is responsible for implementing the HRD strategy and overseeing the design and delivery of learning interventions, ensuring that the ADDIE process is consistently applied. The position ensures that learning initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, staff development needs, and long-term talent and capability-building goals.

Essential Job Functions
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Foundation’s staff learning and development strategies, programs, and interventions.
- Partner with people managers to assess capability gaps, identify training priorities, and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including governance, content strategy, reporting, and data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
- Oversee scholarship and training fund governance, including policy compliance, budget planning, monitoring of expenditures, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HRDM, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR or organizational development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate organizational goals into impactful learning initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence, present to leadership, and engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex initiatives, manage resources and budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
