Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH) Manager
The Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH) Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing AYSRH programs, leveraging a strong background in gender studies, community development, public health management, or related fields. The ASYRH Manager is responsible for program monitoring and evaluation, outcome mapping, and using logical frameworks. S/he will be coordinating portfolios across different AYSRH units, identifying lessons learned, and translating them into policy advocacy and learning materials.

Essential Job Functions
- With a Master’s degree and at least 12 years of progressive experience, preferably in Gender Studies, Community Development, Public Health Management, or related fields. PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required.
- Has strong knowledge on program monitoring and evaluation.
- Has expertise in outcome mapping and logical framework.
- Has the ability to network and build trusted relationships within the adolescent health and child protection sector.
- Has basic computer skills, experience in MS Office, and use of data visualization or presentation tools.
- Has sound knowledge and experience in adolescent and child health policy and program initiatives.
- Has extensive experience in adolescent health, youth engagement, and child protection, working with relevant government agencies and child development NGOs.
