Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH) Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Associate
The Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH) Manager plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and research for adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health (AYSRH) programs.
The role involves overseeing the analysis of AYSRH programs, ensuring effective data collection and interpretation to support decision-making and program improvements. The AYSRH Manager also develops comprehensive reports to monitor program outcomes, informs management and stakeholders, and engages in policy advocacy with relevant parties to promote AYSRH policies. Additionally, they will lead learning sessions, share insights, and identify valuable lessons with program teams to foster continuous improvement. Overall, the AYSRH Manager contributes to the success of AYSRH programs by ensuring robust monitoring, evaluation, and research processes while promoting evidence-based policy development and fostering learning within program teams.

Essential Job Functions
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Demography, or related fields. A Master’s degree or advanced coursework is preferred. Knowledge of adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health issues is essential.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E and research, with a focus on public health or child development projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in public health indicators.
- Has expertise in policy and technical writing, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, visual presentations and reports.
- Has proficiency in analytical software (e.g., Stata) and experience with open-source databases.
- Has commitment to data privacy and research ethics.
