Director, Zuellig Family Foundation Institute
The Institute Director is responsible for overseeing the learning and development objectives, processes, and outcomes of the ZFF Institute, including managing outputs related to capacity development programs, applying learning standards, utilizing lessons learned for program improvements, strengthening internal capacity, and establishing partnerships.
The Director ensures the quality of institutional learning by overseeing the creation and dissemination of knowledge products, fostering internal and external partnerships, and supporting monitoring, evaluation, and feedback processes for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Director ensures all activities meet quality assurance standards and are supported by an effective information management system.

Essential Job Functions
- Completion of undergraduate degree with relevant certifications or graduate level studies in learning and development, training and coaching, management, public health, or any related field
- With 7-10 years of progressive work experience and capacity as effective communicator
- Has proven track record in developing and analyzing budgets, as well as evaluating unit performance based on quantitative indicators
