Director, Zuellig Family Foundation Institute
The Institute Director is responsible for leading a team of specialists in providing technical assistance to portfolio teams (Local Health Systems, Nutrition and Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health program and project teams) in the areas of monitoring, evaluation, learning, knowledge management, policy advocacy, and research. The institute also runs stand-alone projects like the Roberto R. Romulo Fellowship for provincial governors and the academic partners capacity building program on public health leadership and governance.
The Director ensures the quality of institutional learning by overseeing the creation and dissemination of knowledge products, fostering internal and external partnerships, and supporting monitoring, evaluation, and feedback processes for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Director ensures all activities meet quality assurance standards and are supported by an effective information management system.

Essential Job Functions
- Completion of undergraduate degree with relevant certifications or graduate level studies in learning and development, training and coaching, management, public health, or any related field
- With 10 to 15 years of combined experience in M&E, research, training, policy advocacy, and knowledge management.
- Has proven track record in managing project activities, developing and analyzing budgets, as well as evaluating unit or project performance based on quantitative indicators
- Above average people management skills
