Employee Experience Associate, Human Resources (HR)
The Employee Engagement Associate supports the design and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, promote the organization’s values, and ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment. The role covers the following:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding activities, including intern management.
- Support employee engagement, culture-building, and communication programs.
- Assist in workforce planning and HR strategy implementation.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
- Help manage employee relations and progressive discipline cases.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in the workplace.
- Contribute to fostering a positive, collaborative, and value-driven work culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in engagement or generalist roles.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizing skills.
