Employee Experience Associate, Human Resources (HR)

The Employee Engagement Associate supports the design and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, promote the organization’s values, and ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment. The role covers the following:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding activities, including intern management.
  • Support employee engagement, culture-building, and communication programs.
  • Assist in workforce planning and HR strategy implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
  • Help manage employee relations and progressive discipline cases.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in the workplace.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive, collaborative, and value-driven work culture.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in engagement or generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizing skills.
