HR Development Manager
The HR Development Manager will lead the strategy and operational planning of human resource development (HRD) in support of ZFF 2025-2027 strategic options and targets, effectively lead and manage the overall employee learning and career development programs of the foundation, and assist in the change management, succession planning, success profiling, and other Organizational Development (OD) initiatives of the Human Resource unit.

Qualifications
- At least five years of cumulative experience in designing and implementing human resource development (HRD) strategy, managing learning programs, monitoring, evaluation and budget.
- At least three years of combined experience in designing (assessment, development of curricula and materials) and delivery of learning strategies and programs.
- Has experience working the development sector and obtaining training related certifications is a plus.
- Completion of a social or behavioral science degree.
