Learning and Development Associate, Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH)
The Associate will:
- Work closely with the Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH) Portfolio Manager and portfolio project teams to design and implement learning and development pathways that support the capacity development interventions under the AYSRH strategy of the Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF).
- Lead the development, quality assurance, and assessment of training, coaching, and mentoring interventions of the portfolio, applying the 70-20-10 Model for Learning and Development (70% experiential learning, 20% social learning, and 10% formal learning).
- Co-develop and ensure the timely preparation and submission of technical and financial reports to the ZFF Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees.
- Liaise with partners and participate in relevant portfolio and partner activities to strengthen collaboration and alignment of capacity development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Administrative, Finance, Human resources (HR), and other institutional policies that support effective portfolio management, in coordination with institutional management units and the Executive Committee.
- Collaborate and coordinate with external partners, policy committees and networks, local government units (LGUs), and other relevant government agencies to ensure that capacity development interventions are aligned with national and local policies and related programs.

Qualifications
Work Experience
- With at least 3 years of progressive experience in training and development, learning and development
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Community Development, or related fields
- Preferably with Master’s units or a Master’s degree in Public Health, Organizational Development, Instructional Development / Learning and Development

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- PSHEA (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Education)
