Knowledge Management and Communications Manager

The Knowledge Management and Communications Manager leads the strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of ZFF interventions with learning partners aimed at supporting knowledge management, sharing, dissemination, application, and utilization to targeted audiences. The Knowledge Management and Communications Manager provides oversight to the conduct of learning activities, ensuring that ZFF learning policy and process are adhered to by portfolio management programs and projects,  approved standards of quality are maintained, and, as necessary, continuous professional development (CPD) accreditation is applied for targeted course offerings.

The Knowledge Management and Communications Manager leads the equitable implementation of ZFF quality assurance systems, supports standards development and compliance, and manages strategic partnerships and linkages —particularly those related to learning, leadership, and health systems strengthening.

Qualifications

Education/ Training

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related fields

Desired:

  • Relevant certifications or graduate-level studies preferred

Experience/ Technical Skills

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in partnerships, quality assurance, standards management, or institutional support roles
  • Partnership development and coordination
  • Standards development and compliance monitoring
  • Quality assurance and continuous improvement systems
  • Performance management and reporting (PMP, WDS, PMR)
  • Project management (PDIME)
  • Digital literacy and data analysis
  • Strong written, facilitation, and coordination skills

Desired:

  • Experience in NGO, development, or public sector settings
  • Experience working with LGUs and academic or training institutions
  • Exposure to accreditation, certification, or QA frameworks
  • Familiarity with donor-funded or multi-stakeholder programs
  • Experience in institutional learning or capacity-building initiatives
