Manager, Human Resource Development
The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives. This role involves leading daily HR functions such as compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, and enforcing company policies. The HR Manager will ensure consistent application of company policies, contribute to knowledge management, and comply with institutional policies and financial reporting requirements. Additionally, the manager will pursue self-development opportunities to enhance competencies and further career growth.

Essential Job Functions
Qualifications:
- Has completed an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related social sciences course.
- With at least 5 years of related knowledge and work experience in managing human resource systems and databases.
- Holds relevant certifications or have completed graduate-level studies.
- Has excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
