Manager, Human Resource Development

  • Effectively lead and manage the overall employee training and engagement programs of the foundation.
  • Assist in the change management, succession planning, success profiling, and other Organizational Development initiatives of the Human Resource unit.
  • Champion employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, recognition programs, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with training partners and relevant stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

Qualifications:

  • At least five to seven (5-7) years of experience in developing and managing employee training and engagement programs, preferably in international or multilateral development organizations, corporate foundations, NGOs, and/or educational institutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, and other similar fields. preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, and Human Resources.
  • Strength in conceptualizing and implementing employee engagement events such as team building, year-end party, etc.
