Program Manager for Bayang Malusog Leadership and Governance Program (BMLGP)
The Program Manager shall be responsible for leading a team to effectively achieve and implement project targets and deliverables in Baguio City and Benguet. This includes ensuring that all activities are aligned with the project’s goals and timelines. In addition, the candidate will work collaboratively with the broader portfolio team to integrate the project within the strategic direction of both the portfolio and the organization (ZFF), contributing to the achievement of shared objectives and long-term impact.

Qualifications
– Holds a Doctor of Medicine degree or a degree in any health-related field.
– A Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Management, or Health Systems is considered a strong advantage.
– Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in public health, program management, or related fields.
– Has substantial experience in implementing or supporting public health programs at the local level.
– Demonstrates strong skills in project management and people management.
– Experienced in training, learning, and development initiatives across health or development sectors.
– Skilled in monitoring and evaluation processes, including the use of relevant tools and frameworks.
– Proficient in using computer tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and other relevant software; advanced computer literacy is considered a plus.
– Knowledgeable in local health systems, including structures, functions, and governance processes.
– Possesses competitive knowledge of Universal Health Care (UHC) and Primary Health Care (PHC) implementation at the provincial and municipal levels.
– Preferably based in Baguio City or the province of Benguet.
