Project Manager, Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH)
The Project Manager will:
- Identify and analyze lessons from the operations of Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health (AYSRH) programs.
- Develop portfolio-wide policy advocacy and targeted communications for external dissemination of lessons, including integrating lessons learned into project and program operations.
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of AYSRH programs and projects.
- Lead portfolio- and institution-wide knowledge management and learning activities for internal dissemination of lessons, including integration of lessons learned into ongoing operations.
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of technical and financial reports to the ZFF Executive Committee and Board of Trustees.
- Liaise with partners and participate in relevant activities for the portfolio and its partner institutions.
- Provide oversight in program and staff management, ensuring alignment with administrative, finance, HR, and other institutional policies that affect strategic portfolio management, in coordination with the institutional management units and the Executive Committee
The Manager will also collaborate and liaise with:
-External partners, policy committees, and networks; and
-Local government units (LGUs) and other relevant government agencies for lessons and policy advocacy dissemination, monitoring and evaluation, and research activities.

Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree with at least 12 years of progressive experience, preferably in Gender Studies, Community Development, Public Health Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification preferred but not required.
Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong background in program monitoring and evaluation, outcome mapping, and logical framework development.
- Ability to network and engage with LGUs, and lead adolescent and child health policy and program initiatives.
- Familiarity with youth engagement, child protection, and gender-related programming.
- Advanced knowledge of adolescent health, child protection, and gender issues (preferred but not required).
- Preferred but not required: Specialized training such as Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Exploitation, and Abuse (PSHEA).
Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate mathematical ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (preferred but not required).
- Language proficiency: English, Filipino, and local languages.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
- PSHEA or similar specialized training.
