PROJECT MANAGER (ASRH MISP-For Pooling)

The Project Manager is responsible for the over-all day to day management of the project and is accountable for ensuring that project operations meet the identified objectives according to the agreed work plan, budget, and timeline. This role directs the development of project strategies to improve project implementation (PDIME) on the ground leading to the achievement of the desired outcomes. This manager ensures that staff are well-capacitated to deliver project output which impacts outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completion of graduate degree in functionally-relevant field Health, Public administration, and related fields; preferably with a postgraduate degree and/or certifications
  • Experience: At least 5 – 7 years of related work experience
  • Skills: 
    Advanced written and oral communications (English and Filipino);
    Strong technical writing skills, platform presentation skills;
    Can use Excel software/ budget calculator
    Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, online meeting applications:  Zoom, Google Meet
