Essential Job Functions

  • Oversee and coordinate project and program implementation within one city in Luzon and one municipality in the Philippines.
  • Support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities in collaboration with internal teams, local stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports, formal correspondence, and documentation required for project coordination and compliance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across multisectoral partners, including government units, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and ensure alignment of activities with program objectives and local priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or graduate-level studies are an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of specialized experience, or 3 years of relevant professional experience, in project and program implementation.
  • Experience in public health, adolescent programs, or working within multisectoral coordination mechanisms (national, subnational, or NGO settings) is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft well-organized reports, formal letters, emails, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to clearly express ideas, provide guidance, and engage effectively with team members, local stakeholders, and community partners in both formal and informal settings.
  • Proficiency in computer-based applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and coordination.
