Provincial Associate Officer for Samar and Camarines Sur
The Provincial Associate is responsible for the implementation of the Expanded Youth Leadership and Governance Program (EYLGP) in Samar and the Integrated SRH (Sexual and Reproductive Health) Leadership and Governance Program (ISLGP) in Camarines Sur, as enhanced under the 9th Country Program to strengthen LGU capacities for improved Reproductive Health (RH) outcomes.
The role ensures harmonization and integration of EYLGP within provincial strategies supporting Universal Health Care (UHC), and aligns provincial and municipal initiatives with the Department of Health (DOH) and other relevant regional line agencies’ strategies. The Provincial Associate works closely with LGU leaders and stakeholders to drive effective program implementation, capacity development, and sustainable results.

Qualifications
- With a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field; preferably with 12–30 graduate units in Public Health, Local Health Systems, Community Development, or similar disciplines.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in the health and development sector.
- Residing near or within Samar and/or Camarines Sur.
- Demonstrated competent to exemplar-level skills in project management.
- Experience working with LGUs, DOH, and/or development partners is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in social innovations and governance approaches.
- Excellent presentation and technical writing skills.
- Computer literate with competent to exemplar proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to engage and provide technical support across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and grit in complex and challenging environments.
