Research, Policy, and Advocacy Manager
The Research, Policy, and Advocacy Manager develops and updates the institutional research agenda, research manual, and related processes.
The Manager will also Establish and convene a Research Review Team of experts and institutions to guide the development and publication of ZFF research works. The Manager will also provides technical assistance and oversees the end-to-end research lifecycle across ZFF’s program units.
The Manager will also develop policy and advocacy materials and conducts evidence-based analysis to inform ZFF’s policy positions and strategies.
Organizes and facilitates research and policy advocacy.

Qualifications
– With at least 5 years relevant research and advocacy experience, including research and public sector engagement.
– With an advanced degree in social sciences or development studies-related course.
– Proven expertise in research design and implementation, including diverse methodologies, as demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work.
– Strong project and partnership management skills, with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
– Excellent written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce academic-standard outputs.
– Exceptional oral communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
– Advanced analytical skills across quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
– Proficient in statistical and qualitative analysis using relevant software tools (e.g. Stata, R. NVivo, Atlas.ti)
