About ZFF
Is ZFF a corporate foundation or a CSR unit?
ZFF holds accreditation as a non-profit foundation from the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) and the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is autonomous from the Zuellig Group.
Is ZFF an international NGO or international non-profit?
ZFF’s operations are legitimately registered in the Philippines and operate solely within the country.
ZFF programs work with young leaders, and other community leaders. Do you have safeguarding policies in place to guide your program implementation?
ZFF has a zero-tolerance policy on sexual harassment, abuse, and exploitation. ZFF also has a child and youth safeguarding policy in place to protect children and young people from actions that may put them at risk. We review our policies, programs, and feedback to ensure that all concerns are responded to.

How can we work together
I wish to donate to support ZFF programs! How can I make a donation?
ZFF holds donor-tax exempt status from the Bureau of Internal Revenue and can provide donation certificates to individuals or organizations wishing to contribute. ZFF does not solicit donations publicly. ZFF’s due diligence will verify that the donor’s intent is in accordance with the organization’s ethical code, corporate values, program strategies, and needs of partner LGUs.

Can ZFF implement government projects or contracts?
ZFF is not a consultancy firm and does not engage in commercial contracts with government or private sector.
Does ZFF provide grants to other NGOs/ POs or scholarships to students?
ZFF is not a grant-making organization. ZFF has no scholarship or direct financial aid programs for students and other individuals.
Can ZFF sponsor events?
Event sponsorships are based on program priority and alignment with ZFF objectives. Reach out to partnerships@zuelligfoundation.org or communications@zuelligfoundation.org for further information.
Our LGU needs equipment support for its operations. Can ZFF provide equipment donations?
Equipment assistance for LGUs is provided according to ZFF-approved program priorities and current partnership initiatives, i.e. rehabilitation support for LGUs affected by natural calamities. ZFF adheres to the guidelines and processes established by government agencies for equipment and commodity donations.
We have a medical outreach activity. Can ZFF donate medicines and commodities to our event?
ZFF does not produce, distribute, or sell pharmaceutical products and medical commodities. ZFF’s procurement of medical commodities or medicines to aid LGUs during pandemics, or humanitarian supply shortages follow WHO, DOH, and relevant government donation policies and requirements.
ZFF does not accept in-kind donations or grants that will promote or endorse a product, including grants and donations that may violate the Executive Order 51 (Milk Code).
I wish to volunteer in ZFF! How can I be part of your programs?
ZFF only accepts student internships with partner academic institutions with common objectives of promoting and building necessary capacities to improve local health systems in the Philippines. We do not have a separate volunteering program.
